1. Order Processing
- All orders are processed within 7–15 business days after payment is confirmed.
- Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.
- You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
2. Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery Times
We offer the following shipping options:
- Standard Shipping: 7–15 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location, customs processing, and carrier delays.
3. Shipping Costs
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
- Free standard shipping is available on orders over a qualifying amount (displayed at checkout).
4. International Shipping
We ship worldwide. Please note the following for international orders:
- International shipments may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and import fees imposed by the destination country.
- These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the order total or shipping cost.
- Boryue is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance processes.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package through the carrier's website. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to be updated.
6. Lost or Stolen Packages
Boryue is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after delivery confirmation. If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package, please:
- Check with neighbors or building management
- Contact the shipping carrier directly
- Reach out to us at service@boryue.com if the issue remains unresolved
7. Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. Boryue is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at service@boryue.com — we will do our best to update the address before shipment.
