At Boryue, we want you to love your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, we are here to help.

1. Returns

We accept returns within 15 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition
  • Free from scratches, damage, or signs of use
  • In the original packaging with all tags attached
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Customized or personalized jewelry
  • Final sale or clearance items
  • Gift cards

2. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact our customer service team at support@boryue.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with a return authorization and shipping instructions.

Please do not send your item back without contacting us first.

3. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
  • Please note that your bank or credit card company may require additional time to process the refund.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

4. Exchanges

We offer exchanges for items of equal or lesser value within 30 days of delivery. If you wish to exchange an item, please contact us at support@boryue.com with your order details and the item you would like instead.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

6. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages.
